Please join us this Wednesday for our college planning kickoff event for the Class of 2024, the HHS GPA Game. This event will be held virtually via Zoom on Wednesday, December 7th, at 5:00 p.m. and is expected to last roughly 45-60 minutes. A recording will be made available afterwards. A link will be sent out prior to the event. Although this event is geared towards parent(s)/guardian(s) of juniors, all (including students) are invited to attend. 

The GPA Game is a fun, mock-admission simulation for students and their families. The purpose of the game is to create awareness of the many factors that are considered in the college admissions process. We will also share a college-planning checklist with suggestions of what your student should be completing at points throughout the process. 

If you have any questions, please reach out to your student's counselor. We hope to "see" you all on Zoom this Wednesday, December 7th.

  Dear Students and Families of the Class of 2024 -   Please read this message in its entirety - there are a lot of updates regarding the financial aid and college application process at HHS.   You may have heard that there will be a significant overhaul of the processes and systems used to award federal student aid starting with the 2024–25 award year, which includes streamlining the  Free Application for Federal Student  Aid (FAFSA®) form. Here are the highlights: The FAFSA form previously opened on October 1st for the following academic year; in 2023, the FAFSA is currently projected to open in December to file for the 2024–25 award year.
